Mount of Kembang
Did you know that Mt. Kembang in Wonosobo, Central Java is also known as the child of Mount Sindoro. Kembang mount is located in Blembem Kaliurip Hamlet, Damarkasihan Village, Kertek District, Wonosobo Regency, Indonesia.


The local community believes that this mountain can continue to grow taller. In the past few decades, its height was only 1,200 meters above sea level, but now it has reached 2,340 meters above sea level. The estimated hiking time to the summit is 4–5 hours, and the descent takes 3–4 hours. There are 2 hiking trails that are via Blembem and Via Lengkong.
Mt. Kembang is a habitat of variety of flora and fauna. Flaura such as edelweiss flowers and various species of forest plants. This mount remains very lush and cool due to the protection of large, dense trees, and it is also home to many orchid plants. Mt. Kembang also has a large population of wild boars, so be cautious of wild boar attacks.
The main economic activities of the community are farming, agricultural labor, and farm business owner.
